Arrival by speedboat from the mainland
Speedboat from Pakbara Pier
There is a daily speedboat from Pakbara Pier to Koh Bulon
(check-in 12:00, departure 12:30).
It takes only 30 minutes to get to the island.

We sell speedboat-tickets at our resort. You should buy or confirm your ticket, in case you have an open ticket, one day before departure.
Arrival by speedboat from other islands
Phuket - Koh Phi Phi - Koh Lanta - Koh Mook - Koh Ngai - Koh Kradan - Koh Bulon - Koh Lipe - Langkawi (Malaysia)
For those who like "island hopping" in the Andaman Sea, there are daily speedboats from Phuket to Koh Lipe (change boat on Koh Lanta) and the other way round.
On the way the boats stop at Koh Mook, Koh Ngai, Koh Kradan and Koh Bulon Lae. From Koh Lipe you could even go on travelling to Langkawi (Malaysia).
Arrival by longtailboat from Pakbara Pier
If you prefer to travel with a slow boat we can help you to charter a longtailboat which could as well depart in the afternoon.
How to get to Pakbara
You could either travel to Trang or Hat Yai. Both cities have an airport as well as a railway station. The distance from those cities to Pakbara is almost the same, it takes about 2 hours to arrive at Pakbara Pier.
How to find Bulonhill Resort on the island
Since there is no pier on Koh Bulon a longtailboat will pick you up from the speedboat and bring you to the beach. The price is 50 baht per person. Please ask the boatman to drop you off at the beach in front of Bulone Resort.
Bulonhill Resort is located behind Bulone Resort. You just walk past the Bulone Restaurant, you'll come to the new police station and then turn right and follow our sign. It's just 3 minutes walk.
In case the sea is rough, the boats can not stop at our side of the island. You get dropped off at Panka Bay. You could keep your luggage there and enjoy the walk over the hill (10 min.). Our staff will come to pick up your luggage.
